It’s a special kind of magic when two powerhouse woman owned and operated brands join forces. These two companies, Sophie James Wine and Freda Salvador, are both breaking ground in their respective industries, and they share many of the same values. At the forefront is a dream of bringing together and empowering women and small businesses in the community.

Sophie, founder and CEO of Sophie James Wine, was recently featured as a Freda Woman, and I was thrilled to have the opportunity to photograph her on the gorgeous Sophie James Mountaintop property. Sophie was photographed in Freda’s iconic Eda sneaker which happens to be a shoe I bought for myself at this event. Needless to say, I’m a BIG fan.
